Mental performance training
Train your mind the way you train your body
A structured mental training curriculum, progressive workouts and coaching that builds capacity — for people whose results depend on performing under pressure.
Watch the TEDx talk · 15 minTraining with a progressive overload is the standard for physical development of every pro athlete. It’s really time we started doing that for our mind.
Wolf Oswald — ATP Tour Fitness Coach and Physical Therapist; Fitness Coach for Taylor Fritz, ATP Tour All executives are expected to perform under pressure. Only very few train systematically to do so. It’s great to see a dedicated resource that takes care of that!

The difference
Training, not therapy
Most mental performance work is not training. Training has criteria: it progresses, it overloads, it is specific to what you actually do, it allows recovery, and it reverses if you stop.
Journaling and guided meditation are worth doing, but neither meets the training criteria. Therapy addresses difficulties that are already there, and it should. We don't replace it — we just start sooner, which puts our approach closer to physical training than to a wellness app.
The workouts, called flows, are eight-minute audio guides that train multiple techniques, one at a time, in progressing challenge levels. They run inside the cool-down of physical training you already do, so nothing is added to your week — and the skill is trained under the physiology it has to hold up in.
The method
Flow 255®
Everything here runs on one method, and the name says what it is: two performance modes, five skillsets, five mindsets — more than 75 techniques in all, combining performance psychology, neuroscience, applied coaching and real-time analytics.
2 Performance modes
Operative and flowing, or contemplative and knowing.
5 Skillsets
The trainable capacities that hold up under pressure.
5 Mindsets
The dispositions that decide how those skills get used.
The solutions
More than tools
The app delivers the training, and short courses reach the people around a performer. But tools only pay off if they get used well: the pathways add a trained coach, a schedule, and analytics that decide what you train next.
The technology
-
The 2Mynds app
Flow 255, delivered — the mind flows themselves, and the tracking that shows what is moving and what is not.
The courses
-
Short courses
One for parents of a young performer. One for coaches who want to train mental skills alongside physical ones.
The coached pathways
-
THRIVE
