Mental fitness training focuses on enhancing your mental resilience, emotional well-being, and cognitive performance. Just like physical training strengthens your body, mental fitness training strengthens your ability to manage stress, improve focus, and relax under pressure.
2Mynds has developed the innovative Flow 255® mental fitness platform, which combines exercise physiology with mental training in a gamified online platform. This system focuses on managing two states of mind through five core skills and perspectives, using mind-body workouts that progress through various exercise flows.

At 2Mynds we go beyond traditional sports psychology by teaching and training mental fitness under increasingly stressful conditions. Many athletes know what to do under these circumstances, but often struggle with execution, especially when multiple pressure triggers coincide.
We offer our training through our online platform, called Flow 255® where athletes get access to our ecosystem of mental fitness resources and training. Our platform is different from other mental training apps because we offer more than just mediation guides or videos about various mental topics. We train our athletes to develop mental skills under stress.
The 2Mynds method and platform were designed with collaboration in mind. Our training doesn’t interfere with any sports psychology approach but rather could be seen as a companion to it. Read more about how we believe we add value to sports psychology!
Yes! Although our current programs are tailored for athletes, the skills you train and obtain in 2Mynds are applicable outside of sports! Even if you are not an athlete, we recommend you to try it out and see the benefits of mental fitness in your professional career and daily life.

The best option depends on the athletes’ age, intent, and availability.
In most cases we recommend the Premium subscription of Flow 255®. It includes the platform and all course materials. The platform contains all the workouts and the key training materials. The course materials are important for when there is extra time (school breaks, injury), and professional athletes mainly use it as a reference.
The Premium subscription also includes a personal kick-off consultation with a 2Mynds coach.
As a parent, when you purchase the subscription during the check out process, be sure to select the box “I am buying this for someone else (e.g. for your child)” and you will be prompted to enter in your child’s email address. Your child will receive an email to create their account and you will receive the billing information.

For individuals, we offer in-person personal coaching on a case by case basis depending on where you are located. If the location is not near one of our 2Mynds coaches, we offer video meetings.

We offer three core products:
No, 2Mynds can be used for any sport. It even can be used beyond sports and in daily life. We help people perform under pressure situations (whether in your professional career or in daily life).
The 2Mynds platform let’s you train your mental fitness completely on your own! We do that through our test, train, and thrive cycle found on our Flow 255® platform. If you purchase a basic or premium subscription, you can also purchase personal coaching sessions with one of our certified mental fitness coaches. Additionally, with the premium subscription, you receive a 30 minute personal consultation for free.
You will need an electronic device that has internet capability to access our platform (I.e., computer, laptop, tablet, mobile device) and some open space when you do mind-body workouts. Our workouts don’t require any equipment, but a yoga mat would be nice!
Yes! Our skill flow audio guides (~8 minutes) can be used with other training programs. We recommend that you listen to a skill flow in the warm-up and cool-down of a training session.

You can only have one account on 2Mynds. Your account is linked to your email address.
To cancel your subscription:
1. Go to your profile
2. Click on ‘shop’
3. Go to ‘subscriptions’
4. View the subscription
5. Click the ‘cancel’ button
You can also send a cancellation email to [email protected], mentioning your first and last name and the email address you used for your 2Mynds account.
2Mynds offers two annual subscriptions of the Flow 255® platform:
Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription by logging into your dashboard, and in the top right corner go to profile > shop > subscriptions.
By clicking on your profile image, you can select your account. By clicking on export data you can download a copy of all data you have created on the 2Mynds platform.
