2Mynds has developed the innovative Flow 255® mental fitness platform, which combines exercise physiology with mental training in a gamified online platform. This system focuses on managing two states of mind through five core skills and perspectives, using mind-body workouts that progress through various exercise flows.

2Mynds works by providing an online gamified platform that uses audio and video guides to enhance mental performance. Users can access a variety of tools, including:

  1. Customized Training Programs: Select from themed playlists that are made up of mental training exercises (called skill flows or routine flows) designed to train your brain under adrenaline and stress.
  2. Performance Tracking: Users can monitor their progress over time by tracking their mental fitness index, helping them identify strengths and areas for improvement.
  3. Expert Guidance: Users can gain additional support through personal coaching from a 2Mynds mental performance coach.
  4. Community Support: If a user’s organization is a partner of 2Mynds, users can join their organization’s group within the platform to connect with other users for motivation and shared experiences.

At 2Mynds we go beyond traditional sports psychology by teaching and training mental fitness under increasingly stressful conditions. Many athletes know what to do under these circumstances, but often struggle with execution, especially when multiple pressure triggers coincide.

We offer our training through our online platform, called Flow 255® where athletes get access to our ecosystem of mental fitness resources and training. Our platform is different from other mental training apps because we offer more than just mediation guides or videos about various mental topics. We train our athletes to develop mental skills under stress.

The 2Mynds method and platform were designed with collaboration in mind. Our training doesn’t interfere with any sports psychology approach but rather could be seen as a companion to it. Read more about how we believe we add value to sports psychology!

Yes! Although our current programs are tailored for athletes, the skills you train and obtain in 2Mynds are applicable outside of sports! Even if you are not an athlete, we recommend you to try it out and see the benefits of mental fitness in your professional career and daily life.

The best option depends on the athletes’ age, intent, and availability.

In most cases we recommend the Premium subscription of Flow 255®. It includes the platform and all course materials. The platform contains all the workouts and the key training materials. The course materials are important for when there is extra time (school breaks, injury), and professional athletes mainly use it as a reference.

The Premium subscription also includes a personal kick-off consultation with a 2Mynds coach.

As a parent, when you purchase the subscription during the check out process, be sure to select the box “I am buying this for someone else (e.g. for your child)” and you will be prompted to enter in your child’s email address. Your child will receive an email to create their account and you will receive the billing information.

We regularly organize in-person workshops at our affiliate locations (see our community).

For individuals, we offer in-person personal coaching on a case by case basis depending on where you are located. If the location is not near one of our 2Mynds coaches, we offer video meetings.

We offer three core products:

  1. Flow 255® platform with a basic or premium annual subscription to access mental fitness resources to help you track, train, and thrive in sports and life. You can try it out with a 30-day free trial!
  2. Personal coaching with a certified 2Mynds mental coach who can provide you with individual guidance on how to optimize the 2Mynds platform and help keep you accountable.
  3. Workshops help you optimize performance, optimize your training habits, and they can even get you certified or accredited for continued education (as a coach).

No, 2Mynds can be used for any sport. It even can be used beyond sports and in daily life. We help people perform under pressure situations (whether in your professional career or in daily life).

The 2Mynds platform let’s you train your mental fitness completely on your own! We do that through our test, train, and thrive cycle found on our Flow 255® platform. If you purchase a basic or premium subscription, you can also purchase personal coaching sessions with one of our certified mental fitness coaches. Additionally, with the premium subscription, you receive a 30 minute personal consultation for free.

You will need an electronic device that has internet capability to access our platform (I.e., computer, laptop, tablet, mobile device) and some open space when you do mind-body workouts. Our workouts don’t require any equipment, but a yoga mat would be nice!

Yes, you can add a facilitator in your persona questionnaire.

This facilitator could for example be your coach, your sports psychologist, a parent or someone else with whom you would like to share your progress. This facilitator will receive a stats report once you have completed your tests.

You can add this facilitator as follows:

  1. Go to your dashboard
  2. Click on ‘track’ tab on the top of the dashboard
  3. Make sure you are on the ‘persona’ questionnaire
  4. Ensure your demographics data is updated and click next
  5. Add the facilitator information and click submit

Now when you take your mental fitness questionnaire, your facilitator will be emailed the results.

Yes! Our skill flow audio guides (~8 minutes) can be used with other training programs. We recommend that you listen to a skill flow in the warm-up and cool-down of a training session.

An example practice session could look like this:

  1. Access your 2Mynds playlist and select a skill flow guide
  2. Put headphones in and start playing your skill flow guide
  3. Start your warm up while listening
  4. Practice/Compete (something that gets your adrenaline going and heart rate up)
  5. During your cool-down listen to the same skill flow guide to practice your mental skills under a different physiology

Quick Tips

Let’s assume you scanned your Flow 255® quick-access QR code or have clicked a Flow 255® quick-access link in an email. Follow these instructions to add the link to your homescreen.

On Safari (iPhone and iPad)

  1. After the quick-access page has opened in the browser, tap the Share icon (the square with an arrow pointing out of it) at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Scroll down to the list of actions and tap Add to Home Screen (if you don’t see it, scroll to the bottom and tap ‘Edit Actions’, then tap ‘Add’ next to the Add to Home Screen action. After that, you’ll be able to select.
  3. Type Flow 255® as the name. This will appear beneath the icon on your Home screen.
  4. Tap Add in the top-right corner of the screen.

On Chrome (any device)

  1. After the quick-access page has opened in the browser, tap the three vertical dots found in the top-right corner
  2. In ‘Settings’, click ‘Add to Home Screen’
  3. A preview of the icon will then be displayed on the screen. Click ‘Add’. A new screen will allow you to place the icon automatically or choose where to place it.

Subscriptions

You can only have one account on 2Mynds. Your account is linked to your email address.

To cancel your subscription:

1. Go to your profile
2. Click on ‘shop’
3. Go to ‘subscriptions’
4. View the subscription
5. Click the ‘cancel’ button

You can also send a cancellation email to [email protected], mentioning your first and last name and the email address you used for your 2Mynds account.

2Mynds offers two annual subscriptions of the Flow 255® platform:

  1. Basic Flow 255® subscription: Receive access to our platform (aka ‘mental fitness gym’) which consists of:
    • Check-in with your dashboard for a quick overview of your status and progress
    • Track your mental fitness with advanced analytics. Our SPE-20® questionnaire will provide you with a deeper look into your skills, perspectives, and emotions
    • Train your mental fitness with short audio guides (skill flows) that integrate into existing fitness routines. Use our multi-week playlists for planned progressions
    • Thrive in life and sports by using our audio routine flows and video series to learn how to perform under pressure.
  2. Premium Flow 255® subscription: Everything from basic subscription PLUS a free personal consultation from a 2Mynds coach, three E-learning courses, and a personal QR code for easy access.

Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription by logging into your dashboard, and in the top right corner go to profile > shop > subscriptions.

Privacy

By clicking on your profile image, you can select your account. By clicking on export data you can download a copy of all data you have created on the 2Mynds platform.
