2Mynds helped me do what I couldn’t to return to professional soccer after my ACL and meniscus repair. My mental fitness needed work and I had no idea where to begin. Adding 2Mynds Mind Flows to my routine was essential to getting me back on the field. Among many other training tools, visualizing allowed me to confidently attack obstacles I had never faced before. Now that I have returned to sport, I find using the “Quick Reset” routine flow to prepare for a game is extremely helpful.
