Join us at thIS pebble beach tennis camp april 13th, 2024. Leon will lead a introductory mental fitness session on how to perform to potential when it counts.

one Session:

1 PM-1:30 PM: Less Fear, More Flow

Before the match play on Saturday afternoon, you’ll be introduced to the Flow 255® approach to thriving under pressure. This will be a short 15-minute session before heading out to the court, followed by a 10-minute demonstration on the court that will double as a warm-up (physical and mental). We’ll cover (briefly) the following:

1. What is flow, and how do you control it?
2. How to train mental skills the right way
3. Mental techniques for mental skills
4. Bringing it together in a warm-up routine
