Join us at the berkeley tennis club on april 20th, 2024 for a mental fitness workshop. Leon bax will lead a mental fitness session on how to perform to potential when it counts.
one Session:
11:30 AM – 1 PM: Less Fear, More Flow
Athletes will be introduced to the Flow 255® approach to thriving under pressure. This workshop will be 2 hours that includes 30 minutes off court, 90 minutes on court, and 30 minutes cool down with Q&A.
Athletes will get to learn about mental activation and go through a practical application on the tennis court.
