The Quiet Mind program covers the first R of 2Mynds mind management: Realize (or recognize). Understanding what is happening with your body and mind works only when your mind is calm and observing attentively – a quiet mind. You will be introduced to unattached perception via attention awareness and expanding that perception via breath awareness and body awareness. This program is the recommended starting place after you have tested and tracked your mental fitness and set some targets with the Start SMART program. You can get access to this program with the PRO subscription. Coaches with an active TEAM subscription have access as well.
