This is a key program that you ideally use at the start of your 2Mynds journey. It will first help you test your mental fitness and some general mental health conditions. Then you will plan your development (learning and training) and set good (SMART) targets. This will help you learn and train efficiently and evaluate your progress. It is highly recommended to do this unit before any of the 5R programs and you will revisit it often to (re-)assess your mental fitness.
