This is a key program that you ideally use at the start of your 2Mynds journey. It will first help you test your mental fitness and some general mental health conditions. Then you will plan your development (learning and training), set good (SMART) targets, and you will even create a mental fitness report. It is highly recommended to do this unit before any of the 5R programs and you will revisit it often to (re-)assess your mental fitness. You can get access to this program with the PRO subscription. Coaches with an active TEAM subscription have access as well.

After completing the Start SMART program, you will a good view of your strengths and weaknesses when it comes to mental fitness.
