The Quiet Mind program covers the first R of 2Mynds mind management: Realize (or recognize). Understanding what is happening with your body and mind works only when your mind is calm and observing attentively – a quiet mind. You will be introduced to unattached perception and expanding that perception via breath awareness and body awareness. This program is the recommended starting place after you have tested your mental fitness with the Test Your Fitness program. You can even do the SMART Organization program first so you have a clear target.
