The Your Brain In Alpha program is a four week program that covers training to recognize distractions early, initiate a calm but alert mindset with increased alpha waves, learning to use your diaphragm to relax, and practicing mindset switches to refocus. It’s the recommended starting place for practical training, after you have tested your mental fitness with the Test Your Fitness program.
After completing the Your Brain In Alpha program, you are ready to customize your training by adding essential and practical programs that focus on developing and refining your skills.
