The Boot Camp program covers all the basics in an intense four-day training that assumes you have daily guidance from coaches during a training camp. You will do exercises every evening and you review your applications every morning. There are no prerequisites, but it assumes you train every day for 4 days.
After completing the Boot Camp program, you know how to get your mind in a alpha state before you get started. You’ll have practiced realization, relaxation, and refocusing skills through breath awareness, diaphragmatic breathing, and gravity awareness. With these basic skills you can start customizing your training by adding essential and practical programs that focus on developing and refining your skills. It is very similar to the Basics package, but less thorough (due to the time constraints). If you would like to prepare better for the essentials, you can get the Basics package with a special discount (automatically available for all training camp users upon checkout).
