What is 2Mynds anyway?
2Mynds is a system (structured step-by-step approach) and a platform (e-learning system with a web app for mobile users) for developing mental or mind-body skills. It uses a unique and complete approach where testing, learning, training and applying are interlinked so athletes of all levels and ages as well as their coaches and parents can work on mental fitness in an interactive and active way.
We know that sounds boring, but let’s face it: if you don’t make a plan for your physical fitness, rehabilitation, diet, homework, or anything else in life, it’s not happening. The essence is really simple; four steps (test, learn, train, apply) and five skills (realize, relax, reason, revise, refocus) that we refer to as the 5R skills of mind management.
2Mynds mind-body training combines exercises with a mental (mind) focus and exercises with a physical (body) focus in a single workout. The integration of workouts in a complete system of testing, learning, training, and applying makes development of mental skills more fun and more functional than ever before.
