It’s about skills!
We are a small dynamic group of people with a mission to make the world a bit more mentally fit. To that end, we developed a method and a system for mind-body training (MBT). We help you develop mind-body skills and we help coaches support you in that development.
2Mynds mind-body training combines exercises with a mental (mind) focus and exercises with a physical (body) focus in a single workout. The variety, progressive stress, and functional transitions make development of mental skills fun and functional.
Follow the steps
There is method to the 2Mynds madness (there is actually very little madness, we just built cool content and tools). We have separated our resources into 4 different modules: (1) test, (2) learn, (3) train, and (4) apply. We have done this to make sure we can involve every key person when it comes to mind-body training, including athletes, parents, fitness coaches, sport-specific coaches, and sport psychologists or mental coaches.
Customize from the start
We understand that everybody learns in different ways. Some of people like to dive right into the action and some want to know exactly what to do first. For that reason we have separate learn and train modules and many programs and workouts to choose from. However, regardless of your interests and needs, we recommend everyone who is new to do the free First Steps program first. Just register for free and you’ll be taken to your learning dashboard in the learn module and you can get started right away!
Training is key
Knowing what to do is one thing, but without training the skills in a fun and functional way the knowledge is not going to help you when it counts. This is why we recommend a subscription: so you can access all the workouts that are relevant for you. And don’t worry, with our cool web app you can take your training anywhere!
Mind-body workouts are part mental and part physical. You will find the workouts in the train module and you can use them to develop different aspects of your mental as well as physical fitness.
Are you a coach?
The first thing you should do as a coach is familiarize yourself with the system in general and do the free First Steps program and perhaps some free workouts, like your students would. If you like what you’re seeing you can become a coach and get special benefits with a TEAM subscription. for certified organizations and coaches. The TEAM subscription gives a coach or organization not only full access to all online learning programs and workouts, but it will also give the organization special benefits and tools for their students.
