How do I start?
The easy answer
You just register and you’re on your way! It can be as simple as that! If you intend to use 2Mynds independently (not in a group or with a coach), everything you need is in the platform already and because it’s built on a high-end e-learning system you will automatically be instructed along the way. Before you know it you will be testing, learning, training, and applying mental skills!
What happens after I register?
No matter why you are interested in 2Mynds and how you will apply it, you’ll start by learning a little bit about 2Mynds and mental skills in the First Steps program. This is where everybody starts – literally. After that, we customize things for you, depending on your interests and needs, typically with a bundle or a subscription. Our approach is that we help you explore for free (try) and get you going seriously via a one-time payment (buy) or via a subscription (fly). What can 2Mynds do for me?
If you feel 2Mynds, mental fitness, and mind-body training may fit your needs and interests, your next steps can be customized to those interests. We currently focus primarily on sports.
– I play sports competitively –
As an athlete, you may be challenged by all the stress that comes with competition. Nerves, anxiety about losing, playing worse in tournaments than in training, not raising your level on big points, these are just a few examples of how your mind may get in the way of performing optimally or enjoying the performance.
With 2Mynds you can work on five key skills that open the door getting your mind to work for you. You will be taken on a journey of mental fitness in a state-of-the-art system that takes you through test, learn, train, and apply cycles. We even engage your coaches and parents if that is necessary so that nothing stands in your way! You see it all the time: your students don’t worry about mental skills until they are challenged. You have taught them technique, strategy, physical fitness, and you challenge their mental toughness regularly. Still, that doesn’t mean they can calm their mind when it counts, that they can regulate their breathing, heart rate, and muscle tension, or visualize effectively in preparations or evaluations. Until now you sent the people in need to a sports psychologist, but you never had the resources to let your students work proactively – to prevent instead of work on issues. Until now…
With 2Mynds your students can do the testing, learning, and training inside the platform. All you need to do is make sure they transition their mental fitness developments to applications in your activities: tennis, golf, basketball, soccer, etc. You are already an expert in those applications, but we help you further with an online course that makes sure you understand how your students will work on their mental skills and that shows how you can use 2Mynds to advance your students’ mental fitness.
Getting started is simple: register for free, check out the online course for coaches if you see a good fit, and if you see a broader application in your organization, there is the TEAM subscription that gives you access to all our resources for coaches (like a branded group in the system so your students experience 2Mynds from the lens of your organization).

2Mynds not only helps your child develop key mental skills that transcend sports, it also helps you support that progress by facilitating the applications. Your child can test, learn, and train online or with his or her own coach (or we can help via online sessions), but you are a key factor in making sure the developed knowledge and skills are used when it matters. Where coaches may guide the applications in the sports activities, you guide them outside of the activities. Like athletes and coaches, you can always start with a free registration to explore the free content, but we also have an online course for parents that makes you familiar with 2Mynds and the key applications at home. You may even want to get PRO access to 2Mynds yourself and work on things together yourself or with your child.
