Which program is right?
The 2Mynds platform consists of test, learn, train, and apply modules. The test module is small, and the train and apply module content is general enough that you really can’t go wrong (plus you may have a coach supervising you in your training). However, the learn module contains a variety of programs that actually follow a progression. So where do you start and how do you progress? The answer depends on your knowledge and experience and, if you haven’t done so already, you may want to test that early on. Let’s have a look at the options…

In order to get access to the learn module, you will need to sign up first. It’s simple and free and just signing up gives you access to the free First Steps and Concepts programs.
When you register, you will automatically be redirected to your learning dashboard. Although our system starts with testing, we would like you to go ‘all-in’ when you get started and know why 2Mynds works the way it works. We therefore recommend you to start with the First Steps learning program. The program is completely free and it not only gives some cool information, it also introduces you to some basic exercises.
In a nutshell, you will learn in the First Steps program that 2Mynds works with 4 modules and that we focus on mental skills. The key mind management skills that we train are captured by five Rs: realize (R1), relax (R2), reason (R3), revise (R4), and refocus (R5). Logically, our learning programs also follow this structure.
Besides the 5R programs, we develop specialty programs. One of those programs is the A SMART Plan program and it is meant to help you understand how the 2Mynds mental fitness tests work and how you can make a good mental fitness plan with the right targets and goals.

The order in which you use the programs is entirely up to you and depends heavily on the results of your tests and the mental fitness targets (which you’ll learn to set in the SMART Plan program).
Buy or subscribe
To get access to the e-learning in the Learn module it is almost always better with a subscription. Although you can purchase each program individually, a subscription will give you 30% discount or full access with the PLUS, and PRO plans, respectively. The subscriptions will also give you access the different levels of workouts.
Programs for coaches
Besides programs for athletes, we also have programs for coaches. The online level-1 coaching program is meant for sport-specific coaches. The program gives a framework to coaches to create opportunities in their training where their students can apply mental fitness skills. They may be testing, learning, and training those skills without any input from the coach (for example with the 2Mynds platform, with or without help from a mental coach or fitness coach), but the application of the skills can be supervised by the sport-specific coach and the level-1 2Mynds coaching program helps with that.
